The Role
You'll own outbound prospecting into distributors, manufacturers, and buying groups. This is a high-impact, founder-facing role with a clear path to AE and beyond.
What you'll do:
- Run outbound campaigns (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, door-to-door, conferences, webinars, etc.) to generate qualified pipeline
- Book and run initial discovery calls
- Partner directly with founders and Director of sales to refine ICP and messaging
- Hit monthly pipeline targets
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years as a BDR/SDR with a track record of crushing quota
- $500K+ pipeline generated in past roles for B2B SaaS
- Experience in distribution, foodservice, retail, pharma, or CPG would be great, but not required
- You're already great at cold calling, not learning it
- Startup mentality: scrappy, resourceful, and iterates fast
