Founding Recruiter

Reducto’s customers now process tens of millions of pages per month, and we’re hiring a Founding Recruiter to help us scale the team to meet demand. As the Founding Recruiter you’ll work directly with the founders to build out our recruiting pipeline. That includes everything from sourcing to onboarding.

This is an in person role in San Francisco, CA. Please reach out if you’re excited about joining an early stage company and everything that comes with that.

🚀 You'll be successful in this role if you…

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, and a track record of sourcing exceptional people.
• Are scrappy, resourceful, and tenacious. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple pipelines across all stages.
• Have a high bar for candidate experience.
• Have excellent communication skills. You'll help close competitive candidates and need to be a voice for the company.
