Who we are:
Glimpse is building a new experiential retail channel where brands place their products into short-term rentals and resorts for guests to try and purchase the product. We are reimagining product discovery where consumers can discover products where they are.
We've raised $6.2M from incredible investors, have a network of 8,000 properties and 15+ brands, and are growing quickly. It's an incredible time to join with unique opportunities to tackle challenges in both going 0-1 and scaling.
We're looking for our first design hire that's passionate about our vision and the unique challenges we solve - ranging from the physical in-property experience to the user-facing products we ship..
What you'll be doing at Glimpse:
- You'll work across the products focusing on the most critical pieces of the roadmap including user-facing features, shipping new MVP's, working on marketing collateral, and our physical experience. You'll work closely with not only the engineering and product team, but other team members and users to ship what's most important.
To take on this challenge, we're looking for someone that:
- has 2+ years experience as a designer
- feels comfortable wearing multiple hats, shipping things 0 to 1, moving quickly, and listening to users
- has a growth mindset
- preferred skills include familiarity with physical UX, retail and brand funnels, and experience in small startup environments
