About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative, scrappy, and execution-oriented Founding Growth lead to help define how Terrakotta shows up in the world.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning ideas into high-ROI campaigns. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of growth initiatives and experiments: concept → content → launch → iteration. You’ll work directly with the founders to build Terrakotta’s brand voice, social presence, and a user-driven growth engine from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- **Creative Growth Campaigns
**Concept and execute out-of-the-box campaigns that cut through the noise (think physical stunts, memorable brand moments, unexpected hooks, and viral-leaning ideas). - **Visual-First Content Creation
**Plan and produce graphics and short-form video content across channels (witty videos, case studies, feature-specific campaigns) - **Social Channel Ownership
**Own and grow Terrakotta’s presence across newsletters, podcasts, LinkedIn, X, Instagram. This includes boosting engagement on company pages, developing recurring content formats, and keeping a consistent but creative brand voice. - **Event-Driven Growth
**Design and run user activations like live cold-calling events, challenges, and in-product initiatives (Google ‘Terrakotta Madness’ for an idea of what this could look like) - **Content Ideation & Posting Cadence
**Consistently generate and ship creative posts across all channels. You’ll own the content calendar, but prioritize originality and momentum over perfection. - **Founder Collaboration
**Work closely with the founding team to translate product moments, customer wins, and internal ideas into compelling external narratives - **Experimentation & Iteration
**Test new formats, angles, and platforms quickly. Learn what works, double down, and move on fast when something doesn’t
Who You Are
- 0–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, content, operations, or a related creative role.
- Highly creative with a strong instinct for what grabs attention and feels culturally relevant.
- Comfortable being on camera and overseeing the production of video content end-to-end.
- Strong writer with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
- Organized enough to run multiple campaigns at once, but flexible enough to pivot quickly.
- Social-native and genuinely excited about experimenting on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out without a playbook.
- Interested in startups, technology, and building something from zero to one.
Bonus points if you’ve:
- Shipped viral or unconventional campaigns
- Built or grown a personal or company social account
- Run community events or live activations / conference sponsorships
- Used tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
