As our first Founding Growth hire, you will spearhead our efforts to scale Kyber's impact, driving both inbound and outbound growth strategies to establish us as the category leader in AI-native enterprise document management.
Responsibilities
You’ll work across a broad set of growth functions to:

Refine our Growth Engine:
- Launch creative outbound campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers, focusing on pain points in document workflows.
- Design and execute content marketing strategies that drive inbound leads, leveraging blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Develop and optimize lead-generation funnels to increase MQLs and SQLs.
- Refine pipeline metrics to improve forecasted revenue growth.

Execute Sales Playbooks:
- Collaborate with the founders to refine our pitch and messaging, informed by customer insights.
- Conduct personalized outreach to Tier 1 insurers, turning initial interest into demos and deals.

Experiment Relentlessly:
- Test and iterate on new channels—paid media, partnerships, newsletters, or events.
- Launch ABM campaigns with tailored messaging for high-value accounts.

Collaborate on Product Growth:
- Partner with the product and engineering teams to design features that drive product adoption and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Use data from growth experiments to refine our go-to-market approach.
What We're Looking for in You

- You have experience in tracking metrics, analyzing performance, and drawing actionable insights from data.
- You understand customer problems deeply and craft solutions that resonate with their needs.

Proven Track Record in Growth:
- You’ve led growth initiatives from scratch that drove significant revenue increases at a high-growth startup or enterprise company.
- Experience in outbound sales, inbound marketing, or a mix of both is required.
