We are looking for a senior full stack engineer to join our small and growing team. This role is fully remote, but we do prefer candidates in US timezones so everyone has some overlapping work hours. You will be responsible for building and shipping features across the stack as well as engaging with the open source community and writing tests and documentation. We primarily work with Typescript, React (Next.js), Node (express), and MongoDB. We also build and maintain SDKs for many other languages so there's plenty of opportunity to write some Go/Python/etc. if you want :)

What you’ll do at GrowthBook:
- Build, test, and ship high quality code to our open source projects
- Contribute ideas and help shape our product roadmap
- Engage with the open source community and write documentation/tutorials
- Collaborate with designers to build delightful user experiences
- Help shape the company culture and participate in the hiring process for new engineers
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing production software, and at least 1 year with React/Typescript
- You have built a project from scratch that you're proud of, whether as part of your day job or on the side
- You value readability above all else when it comes to code
- You understand when it's OK to take shortcuts and when you should invest more time in a problem
