Founding Engineer (Full Stack)

Bronco is hiring our first (non-ML) engineer.

Here’s who we’re looking for:

• You are driven by the mission. You want to work on a software platform that supports ordinary Americans and the American industrial base.
• Experience building and maintaining large enterprise web applications, especially requiring tight data security, long-running connections, and streaming.
• Example projects or relevant experience within enterprise and industrial-facing technology firms.
• Interest in traveling with the founders for on-sites with customers. You’ll walk the factory floors, sit alongside the C-Suite and the end-users, and iterate the product there with the customer.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with machine learning infrastructure/MLOps. Past work deploying ML models efficiently at scale, monitoring for data drift, orchestrating active learning systems.
• Interest in supply chains, manufacturing, and physical operations.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident (for government-related work)
