Openmart is currently seeking an Founding AI Engineer with experience in search engine and AI agents. We are building a Google-like search engine for B2B unstructured data (similar to Perplexity) and seeking candidates with in-depth understanding of AI (LangChain, OSS models, tool/function calls, RAG, prompt-tuning, evals etc.)

Requirements
- You are looking for high impact, high ownership role building something meaningful.

Backend: Proficient in FastAPI/Django/Flask, Celery/RabbitMQ and Supabase/Postgres

AI: Proficiency in Langchain, RAG, embeddings, multi-step AI agents, AI agent evals & finetune

(Preferred) Search Algorithm Technology: Experience in search engine development, familiarity with re-ranking algorithms, embedding algorithms, fuzzy search, word2vec
