Role Overview
As a Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building our core platform from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape the technical vision and strategy of our product. This role demands a hands-on engineer with a passion for building scalable systems, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design and develop robust web applications using React on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend.
• AI-Enhanced Development: Utilize AI coding tools such as Cursor to streamline coding, automate repetitive tasks, and improve code quality.
• Architecture & Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define the architecture, set coding standards, and drive technical innovation.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that provide an exceptional user experience.
• Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team as the company grows, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience in Python development and building RESTful APIs with FastAPI.
  • Proficiency in React and modern frontend technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools like Cursor or similar, and a passion for leveraging technology to streamline development.
• Startup Mindset:

• Prior experience as a founding engineer or early team member in a startup.
