Finta is redefining company accounting with software that serves as the source of truth for all financial data, providing real-time, accurate results, eliminating the need for QuickBooks and bookkeepers.

We’re a remote first team of two, with a headquarters in San Francisco.
About the role
Design is core to Finta’s mission, we're looking for a Founding Designer who is passionate about our mission to build the next generation of accounting software.
About you
- You’re a T-shaped designer with 5+ years of experience and a product-mindset
- You’re passionate about simplifying complexity into intuitive products
- You’re a self-starter with a low ego who thrives in ambiguity.
- You’re action-oriented and comfortable taking unique approaches when necessary.
- You’re a strong communicator who excels at expressing ideas visually.
What you’ll do
- Shape the product roadmap and strategy by conceptualizing features and user experiences that elevate the product and business.
- Design world-class UIs, user flows, and visual elements while working cross-functionally.
- Create and maintain a brand identity and design system that reflect Finta’s mission, product, and community.
- Take ownership of user research to understand our customers and inform design decisions.
