Over 150 companies already use Kula, and we're growing revenue extremely fast. We need an experienced customer success manager to work on improving 2 metrics:
- Gross churn (by onboarding and activating new customers)
- Revenue expansion (by upselling existing customers)

You will take ownership of onboarding and upselling new customers, and while working directly with the tech team to improve our product:
- Own customer onboarding
- Own customer upselling
- Own and improve Kula’s customer success processes
- Own customer interviews and the feedback loop to the product/tech team
