Roles and responsibilities
- Lead customer support efforts and manage a large, active user community, driving customer success initiatives.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and assist clients with onboarding.
- Develop growth related features like integrations.
- Gather, prioritize, and manage support tickets, working closely with product owners to ensure customer needs are met.
- Develop internal tools to automate and streamline manual processes.
- Create technical content, including blogs and YouTube tutorials, to support and educate our users.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A proactive, founder-like mindset, eager to take ownership and make a significant impact.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to commit to decisions, even in the face of differing opinions.
- Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Previous voice AI development experience is a plus.
- Previous cloud tech stack managing experience is a plus.
