Unthread is a seed-stage startup powering support for everything from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. We have both a self-serve PLG motion for onboarding new accounts as well as a top-down motion for larger enterprises.
We are looking for our first AE to work directly with the CEO and our head of growth to built out a scalable top-down sales motion – building out the process and leading everything from prospecting to close.
What You'll Do:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers, leveraging innovative tools and strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality leads

Outreach & Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) and schedule demos for yourself or the CEO

Collaborate with CEO: Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute targeted campaigns and iterate based on feedback

Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our product and ready for a deeper sales conversation

Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth, to drive continuous improvement

Minimum experience is at least 3 years working in Sales at a SaaS or similar company.
This is a unique role with the option to grow into a Sales leadership role quickly as the team grows over the next 1-2 years.
