What will you do?

- Prospecting: Use cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and other methods to find potential customers. Attend trade shows, conferences, and online communities to generate leads.

- Qualifying: Research potential customers to understand their needs and determine if they’re a good fit for Openmart’s solutions. Identify prospects likely to move forward in the sales process.

- Educating: Explain how Openmart’s solutions can meet prospects' business needs. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through the buying process.

- Moving Leads: Once qualified, schedule next steps with the sales team. Ensure a smooth handoff and provide a seamless buying experience.

- Reporting: Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects. Maintain accurate databases and analyze data to improve our processes.

- Account Management: Manage accounts daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.

- Product Feedback: Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.

- Sales and Operations Support: Collaborate with the founders on sales and operations tasks.
