Sully.ai is looking for an exceptional Account Executive to tactically execute the company's sales initiatives as we embark on a mission to become the #1 AI-medical assistant company in the world. Reporting to our VP of Sales, you will be one of the first sales team members to join the Sully.ai team and will work closely with our Co-founders. In this role, you will focus tactically executing our sales strategies to generate new business and lay the foundation of sales at Sully.ai. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in sales and a passion for solving some of the most complex and important problems related to healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hands-on sales expert who wants to roll up their sleeves and get the job done
  • Innovation: Always drive First Principles thinking while keeping abreast of the latest AI trends, AI Platforms, applications, and best practices, and advise on potential adoption to drive competitive advantage.
  • Operational Efficiency: Document and optimize sales strategies that lay the foundation of success for future team members, incorporating customer feedback and market research.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership and the executive team to define Sully.ai’s strategy and goals, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Test and implement new sales tools to optimize operational efficiency across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on sales and delivering intuitive products with exceptional ability used by 100K+ customers.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a product-led tech company in a capacity with Growth Mindset.
  • Ability to work as an exceptional individual contributor, with a proven strong track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams without compromise on quality of talent.
  • Expert in selling modern AI technologies (including generative AI), machine learning models, data analytics, and the underlying infrastructure.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player with the ability to persuade others and influence outcomes
  • BS/MS/PhD degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, a plus
