Job Description:
As a Founding Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders in building out eqtble's sales motion. The person in this role will have high levels of autonomy and leadership as we continue to scale. You will also play a crucial role in driving demand and forging new partnerships with prospective clients. We're seeking dynamic influencers and passionate advocates who understand the power of networks to drive growth and change.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process within a new territory, engaging internal and external stakeholders to build momentum.
- Implement creative strategies to grow the sales pipeline across various industries.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Overcome financial obstacles by offering innovative solutions and challenging traditional budget mindsets.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, overcoming objections and driving deals forward.
- Continuously learn from challenges, peers, and industry trends to innovate sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling enterprise cloud software, with a proven track record of success (preferably HR/People Analytics tools)
- Strong qualification skills and the ability to articulate the value proposition.
- Experience in a dynamic startup environment, preferably with disruptive solutions.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to unique challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilience, creativity, and tenacity in pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to understand and articulate the value of sophisticated analytics solutions to non-technical buyers.
