Requirements

• You have 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced startup environment (or consulting, investment banking, tech company)
• You have clear, concise communication style and can reason in a pragmatic way
• You like being out of your comfort zone, quickly learn new topics and enjoy doing things for the first time
• You are data driven, analytical and have strong attention to detail
• You are a natural project manager and can drive the future of the company with a growth mindset and creative pragmatism

What the job involves

• You will start as a generalist supporting the founders with day-to-day operations and leading own projects from business development, operations, product, marketing, partnerships, etc
• You will collaborate with different teams within the company to identify, review and solve problems
• You will work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple function
• You will be thrown at different tasks and problems across the Company, creating solutions with the involved stakeholders
• This includes the design and constant optimisation of internal structures and processes
