Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Expert, Life Sciences to bridge the gap between our product development and our clients' biopharma workflows. This role will support product refinement, customer support, and strategic business development (BD) efforts with the ability to grow into a leadership role over time. 

1. Work closely with the rest of the team to deeply understand biopharma workflows, develop user-journeys, and build an intuition around user problems and hypotheses for solving those needs. 
2. Translate domain specific insights and knowledge into product by helping drive design decisions, creating prompt and logic chains, and constructing a knowledge base for Argon Assistants. 
3. Be the voice of our users internally. Spend time using the product and get close to users to become an expert in how our partners can leverage and derive maximal utility from Argon. 
4. Own our data strategy. Lead the process of identifying and prioritizing different data sources that can be leveraged to execute workflows of interest. 
5. Tag team all customer support and business development efforts along with the CEO. Sit in on customer calls, help craft our GTM strategy, and execute commercial strategy.

About you

1. Biopharma expert. You have 4+ years of experience working in the biopharma industry and assisting with the execution of clinical and commercial workflows. Ideally, you have experience in either life science consulting or in biopharma supporting commercial and insights functions. 
2. Tech-oriented. You enjoy being an early adopter and are excited about the future impact of AI in manual knowledge work. You’ve been experimenting with ChatGPT and other common tools in your day-to-day life.
3. You want to bridge AI with the Life Sciences domain. General AI today is powerful, but life sciences and biopharma will require domain specific knowledge and depth. You are excited to shape biopharma domain specific AI products.
4. A hacker. You build quickly, and you find your way to information. Constantly curious and have a serious bias towards action. Leverage the latest tech and capabilities and always looking for ways to increase the speed of functions.
5. Comfortable interacting with users. You are energized by talking to users and customers whether it’s to better serve them as an existing user, onboard them onto the platform, or assist with closing a deal. You want to use your biopharma experience to establish our GTM strategy and approach.

Compensation

Salary can range between $120,000 and $175,000 and will include generous equity grants.
