Responsibilities:
• Develops marketing strategies for new product introduction to various channels (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Catering)
• Recommends additions to our product portfolio that will enhance sales strategies and deliver revenue goals.
• Reviews and approves financial analysis of contracted business opportunities.
• Consistently monitors customer activity, sales trends, and competitor activity and provides feedback to the company.
• Understands Customer Relationship Management tool and uses it to assign and track initiatives.
• Continually evaluates competitive activity and recommends price increase opportunities when they exist.
• Maintains a positive corporate image and continually promotes the company and our products through attendance at community and industry functions and events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred
• Minimum 4 years experience in handling and developing products on Hotel, Restaurant, Café, and catering channel
• Have a good knowledge of Indonesia’s Horeca Pareto
• Proficiency in using Google Suites and Microsoft Office
• Proven sales and serviceability within the food industry.
• The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
