Fleet Management Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all compliance related tasks for the Delivery Team ensuring that riders are delivering the right experience to customers.
• Set up processes to control rider fraud and wastage.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders to find the right balance for rider compliance by ensuring violators are caught in a timely manner but false positives are minimal.
• Manage all payments and collections related tasks for the Delivery team.
• Reduce friction in collections process and set up processes that ensure that the rider bad debt is kept under control.
• Keep a pulse check of rider sentiment by doing surveys, focus groups and constantly interacting with on ground team.
• Onboard different vendors for rider partnerships to motivate riders.
• Conduct different engagement activities to resolve rider issues and improve retention.

Requirements

• BSc. Honors Management Sciences, BS Accounting & Finance, BS Economics
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• High integrity and work ethic.
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
