Role Overview
The Ground Support – Registration role is responsible for providing end-to-end on-ground support for real estate, leasing, and corporate registration projects. The role involves close coordination with Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs), municipal authorities, landlords, developers, and corporate clients to ensure timely and compliant execution of lease deeds, sale deeds, and related documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with concerned Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) for stamp duty calculation, registration fees, and appointment scheduling.
- Support execution and registration of sale deeds, lease deeds, sub-lease deeds, sale deeds, and related real estate documents.
- Act as a liaison between government offices and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely registration processes.
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, and corporate clients during document execution and registration.
- Verify, organize, and cross-check property, title, and KYC documents; understand and resolve queries raised by SROs or other authorities.
- Track registration status, manage timelines, and proactively escalate delays or compliance issues.
- Ensure adherence to state-specific registration rules and processes across NCR locations.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret real estate and leasing-related government documents (Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, POA/SPA, property papers) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Application-writing skills for submissions to government authorities.
- Willingness to travel regularly and respond promptly to registration requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with government offices and customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Fast learner with adaptability to state-wise registration processes and regulatory changes.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Graduate in any discipline (Law / Commerce / Management preferred).
Prior exposure to SROs, real estate registrations, leasing projects, or government liaison work will be an added advantage.
