What You Will Be Doing
You will provide efficient and accurate processing of invoices and credit notes and allocation of cash payments. You will also help to maintain high standards of service to internal and external customers.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Checking of invoices and supporting documents
- Posting invoices into the factoring system on a timely basis
- Allocation of payment received on a daily basis
- Checking and verifying invoices and payment status with debtors
- Any other operations related duties
What We Need From You
- Minimum diploma in business or finance-related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in factoring operations
- Good communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and debtors
- Pays great attention to detail
- Reconciliation skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office products
