Expansion Manager for Remote Skills AcadeAbout RSA:
Remote Skills Academy is an impact-focused education program for those who want to learn to work online, build successful careers and connect with others on the same journey. The Academy was originally created for Indonesians in 2020, but we quickly realized that other fellow countries in the Southeast Asian region and beyond could benefit from similar programs, too. And less than a year later, we ran our first program in Thailand.
Now, two years down the road, we’ve impacted the lives of hundreds of students, and we see heart-warming stories coming in every week.

The opportunity:
• We are looking for a member of the leadership team to lead the expansion of the academy, from vision to delivering on goals.
• The World Economic Forum estimates that over half of all employees (54%) will require ‘significant’ reskilling and upskilling by 2022.
• The e-learning market in the Asia Pacific region including countries like Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and the South-Asia regions including countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Srilanka are virtually untapped markets with the least competition in the skill-academy market.
• And more than 100 million workers in Asia will need to transition and move to new occupations.
• Help us bring the Remote Skills Academy to them!
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a fully remote role with a full-time schedule. The initial contract is for 6 months, however, once the initial contract is getting to an end we are looking forward to exploring the continuation of our collaboration based on the results and milestones that will be reached during the first 6 months.
Responsibilities:
• Defining the vision and strategy for RSA International.
• Developing, owning, and executing the product/service roadmap.
• Defines and executes the go-to-market plan in collaboration with Business Development and Marketing.
• Monitoring and evaluating progress at each stage of product/service development and rollout.
• Communicating with stakeholders including customers, cross-teams, and partners to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborating with potential users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product/program requirements.
• Prioritizing business needs in an ever-changing environment
• Being actively involved in recruiting and setting up the future team for success (coaching, training, leading by example, etc.)
• Creating and managing the CRM, CJM & user stories.
• Being ultimately accountable for delivering on the established KPIs and business goals.
Requirements:
• You are passionate about and hold dear topics like education, sustainability, and inclusion in society.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of product development experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Proven track record of successfully driving end-to-end delivery of similar projects and products in the past
• Balance of education and/or E-learning industry knowledge and business acumen
• Experience with budgeting, expense management, business process implementation, and other business admin aspects.

• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• A high degree of organization, individual initiative, personal accountability, and integrity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• True team player that thrives in highly collaborative environments and has a good sense of humor :-)
