The Job

You will be responsible for :

Engaging in telemarketing activities with leads provided by partners
Understanding the needs of customers and recommending suitable products to them
Achieving weekly/monthly conversion targets
Ensuring call activities are conducted according to regulations and in line with quality standards


The Profile

You have 1 year of Call Centre, Telemarketing/Telesales experience within the Financial Industry
You possess good interpersonal and communication skills
You are determined and thrive in a performance-driven environment
You enjoy speaking to people and can build connections quickly
You are adaptable and able to work in changing environments with the utmost professionalism.
