About the role:
Our Executive Assistant will work closely with the COO and leadership team on multiple day-to-day aspects of the business.
We are looking for someone who:

- Is a meticulous calendar manager and analyzer. You thrive helping others make the most of their time and know how to coach them in the right direction.
- Is especially excited about the prospect of supporting enterprise sales administration throughout deal lifecycles. You'd love to get your hands into customized sales decks, bespoke commercials and contracts.
- Can keep a CRM database up to date. You believe that enabling others using accurate and timely data is a simple way to unblock progress.
- Dives into novel projects with enthusiasm. New opportunities excite you and you see failure as a learning strategy.
- Demonstrates project management capabilities to ensure projects are on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Entrepreneurship or related field
- 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite
- Additional experience in a client-facing role, such as business development or sales would be ideal as this role will support a revenue-side co-founder
- Startup experience preferred, especially Series A or Series B maturity
Good to Know:
It would be ideal if you lived somewhere around the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, or Kitchener-Waterloo so you can occasionally work IRL with leadership, but really, anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone works for us.
Compensation:
$80,000-$104,500 salary
$37,250-$43,000 in stock options
WFH stipend, wellness stipend, and other programs to encourage holistic wellness.
3 weeks paid vacation + one week shut down at the end of the year
