About the Team
Lob is looking for an Executive Assistant to work alongside senior leaders at Lob and play a critical role on the CEO team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a wide range of support to the CEO, including calendar management, event planning, communications, and project management.
The right person for this role is caring and considerate while also extremely detail-oriented, never missing a follow-up. They are analytical and comfortable dealing with ambiguity. They pride themselves on their resourcefulness and their planful and tactical approach to projects small and large. They will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and embrace new challenges.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll…
-Act as liaison between executives and internal and external colleagues -Manage complex and shifting calendars, arrange for meetings, appointments, and travel -Monitor team budgets including tracking expenses and ensuring timely reporting -Prepare written critical communications, agendas, and meeting notes -Coordinate and execute events -Assist with a variety of strategic projects and processes -Assist with personal tasks for executives, as needed
What will you bring to this role…
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, MBA a huge plus. -2 + years of administrative/analytical experience reporting to C-Level executive -Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at the same time -Bias to action and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment -Grit, resourcefulness, and perseverance -Strong technical and analytical abilities including experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and Excel -A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism -Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities -Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
