Eventsize is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Management & Partnerships Intern.
The intern will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of our events, as well as developing partnerships with other companies. You will work as a team alongside 2 others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including coordinating logistics, handling registrations, and managing budgets
- Research and identify potential event venues and vendors
- Develop partnerships with other companies and organizations to enhance event offerings and secure sponsorships
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events
- Contribute to the creation of event materials, such as agendas, flyers, and presentations
- Help to manage event registration lists and attendee communications
- Provide on-site support at events, including managing registration and check-in, setting up and tearing down event materials, and assisting with any other needs that may arise
- Correspondence and outreach with event partners, stakeholders, and sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to event planning, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with event planning software (such as Eventbrite or Peatix) is a plus
