Eventsize is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Management & Partnerships Intern.
The intern will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of our events, as well as developing partnerships with other companies. You will work as a team alongside 2 others.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including coordinating logistics, handling registrations, and managing budgets
Research and identify potential event venues and vendors
Develop partnerships with other companies and organizations to enhance event offerings and secure sponsorships
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events
Contribute to the creation of event materials, such as agendas, flyers, and presentations
Help to manage event registration lists and attendee communications
Provide on-site support at events, including managing registration and check-in, setting up and tearing down event materials, and assisting with any other needs that may arise
Correspondence and outreach with event partners, stakeholders, and sponsors.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to event planning, marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience with event planning software (such as Eventbrite or Peatix) is a plus
