Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in Singapore and new markets.
Job description:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets according to company goals
- Source, qualify, build and manage new prospects in existing or new industries
- Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling with a focus on generating new prospects
- Develop and maintain solid, trusting relationships and connections with local mid-market or enterprise companies, business leaders, their key stakeholders, and key integrators; to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
- Ensure the successful delivery and best possible experience to customers’ needs and objectives.
- Manage the sales forecast and CRM to ensure accurate data is provided to the executive team, company, and board
Qualifications:
- Must be based in Singapore. Singaporean/ PR.
- 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Experienced taking a company or territory through a revenue ramp, ideally from early traction to consistent ARR and beyond
- Experience building sales infrastructure and operations in a high-growth environment (systems rollout; lead generation programs; pipeline management; sales analytics; contract development)
- B2B tech sales background. SaaS experience preferred
- History of overachieving targets in a SaaS, market-leading technology
- Experience working with a CRM systems
- Experienced in mid-market and large enterprise transaction negotiations
- Knowledge of the HR technology ecosystem is highly desired
- Ability to embrace and understand uncertainty, chaos, and a fast pace start-up culture
