The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help maximize a massive market opportunity. There is so much potential to provide mental health benefits in the Commercial space and we’re looking for a few passionate AEs to help us capture it.
What You'll Do
- Full sales cycle role selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers from medium to large multinational corporates
- Work closely with BDRs and members of our Strategic Alliances team to close opportunities they generate, as well as self source your own within your territory
- Own and iterate full cycle commercial sales pitches using a consultative sales approach to bring commercial deals across the finish line
- Prioritise strategically valuable accounts and opportunities in line with our company sales approach and strategy
- Build business cases for VPs/COOs at client organisations
- Work cross-functionally to provide key market feedback on client and consultant needs
Who You Are
- Must have at least 3-5 years of successful B2B/SaaS sales experience
- A deep passion to transform healthcare, especially mental health
- Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales
- Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong background and track record of success as an individual contributor
- Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability with change
