As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for working directly with Bitrise prospects and customers. You’ll be responsible for owning the sales process with prospects as well as existing customers. You will be owning the full sales cycle and engaging with all levels of stakeholders from developer to engineering leadership to legal. You are someone who possesses not only the technical sales skill-set, but more importantly, approaches your work in an empathetic, engaging, and solution driving manner. Grit should be in your everyday vocabulary as we approach the hyper-growth stage of our journey.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Bitrise you will
- Build and iterate on a strategic plan to maximize growth in your territory
- Work with the SDR team to drive prospecting efforts in your territory and Key Accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the company on sales strategy and methodologies
- Become an expert on your market and the trends within it
- Proactively collaborate with sales development, sales engineers, customer success, product, and marketing teams to drive the business forward
- Use data and market research to help with objection handling and drive opportunities forward
- Establish and grow existing customer relationships to ensure success and growth
- Manage contract negotiations
- Achieve goals in closed business, pipeline generation, and leading indicators to ensure you and Bitrise continues to exceed targets
Key skills and characteristics
- You have a minimum of 4 years in a closing roll selling a technical saas product
- Track record of meeting and exceeding your targets and you knowing your metrics (sales math)
- Ability to territory plan and own how you will achieve your objective
- Experience selling into Engineering teams, especially at the leadership level - demonstrate knowledge of account building/cross-selling
- Have a passion for building things and resilience when those things fail (Grit)
- Possess empathy and care for both your team and customer
- Genuine curiosity for technology and how things work
- College degree or equivalent experience in the field
