Who we are
Cash Flow Portal is a real estate syndication platform that helps syndicators streamline equity raising, automate operations, and reach more investors. It is a marketplace between small syndicators and investors. Our goal is to help everyone achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. We are growing rapidly.
We at Cash Flow Portal believe that we will be the most dominant real estate syndication software within 2 years. In the last 1.5 years, we built a solid product, achieved product-market fit, and we will raise a seed round in 1-2 months (so yes, we will be venture-backed). We will be a 1BB+ company one day if we execute correctly.
We are engineering-driven (the founder was an engineering manager from Silicon Valley), are obsessed with talent density, and want to hire the best engineers possible who are also highly collaborative.

We are looking for:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects to ensure deliverables are met
- Help your engineers grow their skills and experience while building a great team.
- Run agile project management processes
- Conduct code reviews, and make technical contributions to product architecture as well as getting involved in solving bugs and delivering features.
- Hold regular 1:1's with all members of their team
- Give regular and clear feedback around the individual's performance
- Foster technical decision making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary
- Generate and implement process improvements
- Draft quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs
- Improve product quality, security, and performance
- Actively seek and hire globally-distributed talent
- Conduct managerial interviews for candidates, and train the team to do technical interviews
- Contribute to the sense of psychological safety on your team
- May have more than one specialty on their team, per our shared manager team concept
- Participate in the Incident Management on-call rotation to help ensure the availability goals for GitLab.com are - - met, by working with reliability engineers and development team member
Your Qualifications
- You have experience contributing to open source software
- You have experience working with modern frontend frameworks (eg. React, Vue.js)
- In-depth experience with Ruby on Rails, Go, and/or Git, in addition to any experience required by the position's specialty
- In-depth experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
- Ability to work efficiently cross-functional groups and partners.
- 5 years or more of experience
- 2 years or more of experience in a leadership role with current technical experience
- You have an expert comprehension of core web and browser concepts (eg. how does JavaScript handle asynchronous code)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time, fully remote role in North America.
This position can be full-time W2 or contractor. We accept CPT, OPT, and OPT extension. We will also help you apply for H1B if you need. Visas are available for candidates who are already in the US at time of application.
