We’re looking for an experienced hands-on Engineering Manager who can create a technical vision and lead a team to implement it.
What we're looking for
- Strong interest in development platforms, MLOps, CI/CD, infrastructure or making products for technical teams
- Able to make effective trade-offs in regards to both engineering and product requirements, while balancing short term and long term needs
- 3+ years of engineering management experience, with 6+ years relevant industry experience in a fast-paced, high growth tech environment building and scaling internal platforms using Javascript, Typescript, or Go
- Experience with system, API, infrastructure design using cloud concepts such as storage volumes, private networks, load balancers, virtual machines

- Lead a team of talented and diverse engineers
- Collaborate with product and fellow engineering managers on prioritizing work
- Work in TypeScript and Go to help your team be successful
- Maintain cloud services and features involving load balancing, posix shared storage, object storage, and software defined networks
- Collaborate with other engineers to find elegant architectures and solutions

- Implemented one-click VPC provisioning across many hypervisors
- Added one-click VM snapshots
- Created a one-click managed kubernetes service
- Track storage utilization of VMs and shared storage
- Add support for multi-GPU VM types
