Engineering Manager - Bangalore/ Ho Chi Minh

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

● Equivalent experience or a degree in Computer Science

● 3 years of experience leading software engineering teams, with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems

Nice to have:

● Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding

● Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer

● Experience in scaling engineering teams or experience working on teams 100+ engineers
