Our team is growing! We’re looking for an exceptional
Engineer
What you’ll be responsible for:
Building out the Superb AI website from scratch to scale and maintain throughout our growth from specs from our
product team and design team.
Implementing growth initiatives (i.e. AB Testing, SEO optimization, etc.) globally to supercharge user growth.
Collaborating with other parts of the product team to make concerted efforts across our products.
You’re the ideal candidate if:
You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Frontend Engineer, Web Developer or Full Stack Engineer.
You are a self-starter who is not afraid to take an initiative from an idea to deployment.
You have a growth mindset, are a team player, and ensue positive energy
You want to take part in shaping our global engineering efforts and growing the organization.
You’ll be successful in this role if:
You’ve built many scalable websites using various technologies (languages, frameworks, tools, etc.)
You have the ability to cross functionally collaborate for goals- both on the technical teams as well as the non
technical teams
You have a basic understanding of growth strategy.
You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, thinking big, starting small, and scaling fast
You have a passion and curiosity for disruptive technology

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An engineering degree and 3+ years of work experience, or 5+ years with no degree
Knowledge of Javascript (Typescript), HTML, CSS, React or other modern framework
Knowledge of web technologies (e.g. browser, HTTP, security, accessibility)
Experience with dealing with Content Management Systems
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to and comfort with making architectural decisions autonomously and proactively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
.. Additional languages (e.g. Python), Frameworks (e.g. Next.js), Deployment (e.g. Vercel, Netlify)
A/B Testing, Analytics
Wireframing, sketch, design experience
Experience in growth at a startup
Any level of Korean language skills
