Designation: Employee Benefit (Health Insurance) - Sales
- Lead Business strategically.
- Experience in Group Health Insurance business, negotiating with clients and insurers and cracking the deal.
- Client Retention, ensuring retaining existing clients.
- Managing team of AVP / DGM’s and managers and set objective of team, coaching them to achieve sales numbers and regular monitoring of sales team for achieving target.
- Will be responsible for driving sales through direct and agency channel.
- Will be responsible for submitting cost of doing business and ensuring profitability.
- Maintain effective and objective networking with leaders in industry on business related issues and work out solutions for the same.
- Ensuring the process of renewals, quotations, endorsements, commission payments and policy deliverance to POS/agents is running smoothly.
- Final Quote negotiation with Insurers.
