Key tasks and responsibilities
-Managing corporate partnerships maximizing potential income
-Achieving income targets
-Liaising with merchants to build and develop relationships
-Assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to
-Identifying assortment gaps and provide Sales team with key industry contacts
-Running the analysis to understand the impact of category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy
-Interacting daily with the category manager and other country teams to ensure the right implementation of the high-level strategy
-Ensuring the assigned account meets its income targets
-Evaluating and documenting partnership, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately on database
-Providing reports and analysis as required
-Identifying and developing projects to enhance customer experience for shoppers in the category
-Any other duties that may be assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelor's/College Degree
-Strong analytical skills (strong experience with excel analysis necessary)
-Can work with big brands under your assigned category
-Flexible, adaptive and versatile. Needs to be able to slot into different teams. -Strong analytical and excel skills
-Innovative problem-solving skills; dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions
-Possess superb business judgment with a desire to manage your own business
-The individual should have a proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external).
-Ability to speak in Mandarin is a big plus
-Can easily build rapport and relationship to Key Accounts
-E-commerce experience (big plus)
