The Role
As our Director of Analytics & Data Science , you will play a critical role in helping Titan build a best-in-class data function. You will ensure that data permeates Titan's culture, and that every team has the data they need to make informed decisions.
What You'll Do
- Build a best-in-class analytics & data science function that, set the foundational strategy, and hire / manage a team of key stakeholders
- Own the strategy and execution of our data infrastructure, data engineering, and ETL process
- Own the management of our core business metrics, reporting directly to senior leadership
- Work directly with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure they have actionable data and insights
- Drive innovation by developing new experimentation methodologies, evaluating the impact of new features, providing advanced data analysis using statistical modeling techniques such as regression, classification, clustering and causal-inference approaches that help sharpen our product decision-making process.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of working in analytics or data science at a fast-growing consumer company
- Have experience building and managing a data team
- Proven record of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams
