As part of Truepill’s Customer Success & Growth organization, you will manage one of Truepill’s most strategic accounts at the Executive and Operational level. You will directly lead a team of account managers, and lead a cross-functional effort spanning Pharmacy Operations, Technology teams and data analysts to deliver on a set of high-visibility programs spanning telehealth, pharmacy, and e-commerce.

You have a strong track record of working in fast-paced, start-up environments, process re-engineering, and cultivating relationships at the Executive level. You are eager to deliver on core program KPI’s and grow the client relationship into additional Truepill offerings

What you'll be doing:

  • Be responsible for delivery on core client programs, by partnering with internal cross-functional teams, reporting on core KPI’s to client, and ensuring continuous operational improvement
  • Lead relationship management and performance reporting with Client at Executive and Operational level
  • Create and iterate on metrics to measure and communicate program performance
  • Develop, hire and lead a high-performing team
  • Consistently identify new business opportunities by understanding client need and leveraging knowledge of evolving Truepill capabilities

We’re Looking For Someone With:

  • 8-10 years proven track record managing client relationships with large Enterprise customers (e.g Strategy Consulting, Account Management, Business Development and other Commercial experience)
  • 5+ years in health care, preferably in health plan, digital health, or PBM / pharmacy space
  • Strong analytical, operational and problem-solving acumen, with consistent evidence of leveraging data to drive decision making
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and cross-functional organizational skills
  • Prior experience building and mentoring high-performing teams, and leading large cross-functional programs
  • Prior experience in a fast-growth start-up environment, highly preferred
  • Prior experience working with Product Management, Engineering and Analytics teams, highly preferred
