Job Description
Homebase is looking for a skilled Director of Capital Markets to join our team and spearhead the company's capital raising activities in Vietnam's market. This is a highly selective job opening in which candidates will work directly with the company founders to forge win-win deals and drive millions of dollars in capital growth for the business. The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Lead the Capital Market team to source and acquire potential investors across Vietnam;
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors;
- Oversee the coordination and presentation for investor meetings;
- Monitor financial and economic trends, analyze and communicate potential implications to the success of the company capital markets' strategies;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of capital market transactions, including legal, product, finance and accounting departments;
- Continuously strategize on tactics to scale investments from current and potential investors;
- Other duties as assigned by the company.
Our requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam;
- Bachelor’s degree of higher in finance, business, or related major from a top-tier local or international university;
- Established network of and experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals in Vietnam;
- Expert in capital markets, investment banking, or related field, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing funding strategies;
- Prior working experience in and solid understanding of Vietnam's real estate market;
- At least 7 years of experiences in a leadership role, Director or Senior Management level is highly preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders;
- Excellent command of Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
