About this role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about marketing and is up to date with the latest digital marketing trends that appeal to youths.
This role requires someone who possesses a great mix of digital marketing and marketing communications skills due to the dynamic nature of the Education industry.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Develop the company's overall digital marketing strategy
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to the intended audience
- Identify gaps in branding and marketing, and recommend solutions and strategies to improve on organization’s image, digital footprints, outreach, presence in all media platforms
- Design, plan, implement, manage and analyze digital media marketing activities across digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.
- Conceptualize and create content and materials such as brochures, EDMs, presentations, videos, etc
- Develop creative and appealing social media content to build up the company’s digital assets with creative designers and writers.
- Provide periodic updates and analysis on digital marketing activities using modern analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Adriel, Oribi, etc)
- Proficiency with modern marketing operations platforms and content management systems (Hubspot, Zendesk, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, WordPress, ghost, etc)
- Supports all digital and interactive marketing initiatives, including video production, website strategies, social media engagement, SEO, and SEM
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of communication channels
- Keep track of the movement in the social media platform using the social media monitoring system
- Responsible for updating and management of social media and updating of websites
- Coordinate with vendors and designers to ensure that delivery timeline is met
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
We Would Love for You to Have:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Marketing communications field area
- Good track record of delivering effective marketing communication programs/projects
- Strong coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressured and fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and committed to being a good team player, with a can-do spirit
- Ability to multi-task and have good time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated skills in both project management and effective communication with clients and teams at all levels
- Prior Education/Education Technology industry experience would be an advantage
- Possess knowledge of the ever-changing digital market and up to date on the latest online marketing, campaign, and content strategies.
