Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Strategist to join our team. As our Digital Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that maximizes the impact of our podcast across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media, video editing, and content optimization techniques, along with a keen eye for viral trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that leverages our podcast to create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Review and analyze podcast episodes to identify captivating moments that have the potential to go viral on social media platforms. Collaborate with our editing team to ensure the edited content is formatted properly for each platform and optimized to achieve maximum reach and engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms to consistently create viral-worthy content. Work closely with the podcast host to brainstorm creative ideas for video content, guest selection, and episode topics that align with our brand and target audience. Coordinate the filming process, including scheduling and managing logistics to ensure a smooth production. Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create visually appealing and attention-grabbing assets for social media promotion. Monitor and analyze the performance of our content across platforms, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Engage with the audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a sense of community around our content. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new content formats to keep our podcast content strategy innovative and ahead of the curve. Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital content strategy, social media management, and video editing. Deep understanding of popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, including their unique content requirements and audience preferences. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva). Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities with a knack for identifying viral-worthy content. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt content style to suit different platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data to optimize content performance. Passion for podcasting, digital media, and emerging trends in the industry. Ability to work collaboratively with a team, including podcast hosts, editors, and designers.
