Description
The APAC Digital Campaign Program Manager will work closely with the business development and regional marketing team to build world class content into every aspect of the customer journey. As a key member of the Marketing team, the Digital Campaign Program Manager will define and execute the digital campaign and program strategy to drive awareness and signups, and drive product engagement with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a senior marketing background and a proven ability to work independently and manage cross-functionally to deliver a rich pipeline of content.
Responsibilities
-Design and develop the campaign and program strategy that supports and complements existing marketing plans, tactical and long-term.
-Create and execute the campaign and program that drives both top-of-funnel growth well as adoption of new features and best practices for the geos.
-Work with cross-functional team that includes blog posts, landing pages, infographics, customer case studies, white papers, videos, code samples, surveys and more to support awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation efforts and overall business objectives.
-Align closely with business development, product marketing and field marketing to design content into the customer journey.
-Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to the AWS website
-Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile and video.
-Integration of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns.
-Creatively re-purpose existing content into alternative formats to market through different channels
-Constantly monitor content effectiveness, establish key analytics and success metrics and continuously refine the strategy as needed.
Basic Qualifications
-8 - 10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology companies/product.
-Demonstrated success in programs and campaign execution, and/or project management.
-A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results, driving marketing programs to ROI metrics.
-Exceptional written/verbal communication and time management skills.
-Quick-learner with the demonstrated ability to prioritize.
-Ability to work independently and autonomously.
-Degree qualifications (Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant subject); MBA a plus
-Fluency in English.
