We aim for a sustainable pace for the development team and do not routinely work long hours. However, we are a SaaS tech startup -- this is not a 9-5 job. We are working to revolutionize a 10 Trillion dollar industry.
Our UX designer will:
-work closely with product management to build out UI mockups for new features in the development pipeline
-work closely with our design lead
-demo to and work with our CEO and other key stakeholders to rapidly iterate on design improvements
-participate fully in the agile development process, making sure developers have access to complete designs as they pick up user stories for implementation
-support developers as they implement UX designs
-dive into the world of construction project management! Learn to understand its business problems and its users to help us build software that they love to use.
Minimum three years experience. Prior experience at a startup is a major plus!
Candidates must be authorized to live and work in the United States, and either currently living in the United States or willing to relocate.
We are hiring only full-time, salaried employees at this time. We are open to contract-to-hire in special cases, with the understanding that a transition to an employee will occur within 2 months.
