R2 enables platforms in Latin America to embed financial services that SMBs can then leverage (starting with revenue-based financing and buy now pay later for business customers). As a DevSecOps engineer, you will provide leadership in the DevSecOps areas of Secrets Management, Vulnerability Scanning, Password Policies, Data Analysis of security monitoring outputs, coordination of Remediation Patching, and other daily Security and Compliance efforts.
Also, you have to guide the company through all the needed security certifications and audit processes.
What you’ll work on
- Define, build, deploy, and monitor the security standards processes in the company.
- Implement and maintain a management incident policy for the company.
- Work together with several teams in the company, such as Data, Engineering, and DevOps, to implement and enhance security practices.
- Define, build, deploy, and monitor automated security checks across all-out cloud infrastructure.
Who you are
- You have a strong understanding of AWS IAM
- You have strong knowledge of PCI-DSS, GRPD, and ISO 27001 (at least one of them)
- You have a strong understanding of AWS (EC2, RDS, VPC, S3)
- You have a strong knowledge of Linux fundamentals
- You have basic programming skills (Python, Golang, or NodeJs)
- You understand GIT
- You understand Kubernetes
