The Job
In this role, you will be collaborating with software engineering, security, systems teams to help automate and streamline operations and processes.
You will be responsible for :
Building and maintaining automation tooling for infrastructure, CI/CD and observability (monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing) pipelines
Building and maintaining cloud and container orchestration infrastructure
Implementing best DevOps practices across organization to improve performance and efficiency
Researching and implementing solutions to build an always-available, resilient services
Integrating and automating existing manual solutions and processes
Participating in an on-call rotation for production issue escalations
The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience in a Software Engineer or similar role.
You have working knowledge of containers and any one container orchestration platform, ideally Kubernetes
You have exposure to managing production infrastructure with tools like Terraform/ Cloud Formation
You have experience with cloud service providers such as GCP, AWS or Azure
You have an understanding and experience in at least one CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins / Azure DevOps.)
You possess a good understanding of core concepts of computer networking (TCP/UDP, IP Routing, DNS)
You are proficient in Python and shell scripting (sh/bash)
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are independent and result-driven with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standards
