At Modernbanc we're on a mission to change how companies build and launch financial apps. We're currently heads down in stealth/building mode and are starting to look for our first Developer Advocate person.
We are a small team of individual contributors at heart. It is an amazing opportunity to learn how accounting, banking and payments systems are built as we go to the lowest level. We offer competitive salary and equity in the company. While the role can be remote we're looking for a candidate based in North America.

Our founding team has launched an online bank before for one of the world's biggest brands and built the most complex accounting/banking systems.
What you'll do:
- Manage our developer experience, write and maintain our API Docs.
- Help us keep our customers happy and answer developer issues/queries.
- Help maintain our SOC-2 compliance.
- Help the founder with company-related non-technical tasks.
- Help with marketing/growth and articles.

- Technical/developer background required.
- Ex-founders are welcome!

- Self starter, takes responsibility and doesn't need to be hand-walked or wait for tasks.
- Works hard to hit and exceed startup goals.
