Deputy Director of Business Analysis - Biopharmaceuticals

Key Scope:

• Pipeline competition analysis
• Commercial cooperation and management of external R&D projects

Key Delivery:

• Support the establishment of cooperation with international/domestic biopharmaceutical companies
• Collect and analyze innovative targets, products, disease areas, technology platforms, and company competition information related to antibodies/ADCs, including the latest domestic and international research and development progress, related investments and BD transactions, and industry landscape
• Establish a system of potential domestic and international partners (in/out) to support systematic contact with target companies
• Maintain communication with internal R&D department, support R&D strategy formulation and project approval through pipeline progress and analysis of competition pattern
• Support company business plan update, financing, and communication with existing shareholders
• BD project evaluation, support project due diligence and negotiation

Education & Working Experience Preference:

• 3 years of master's degree in biomedical related fields, or more than 1 year of Ph.D., early drug development, consulting, investment analysis, or BD related experience, license in/out experience in the antibody field
• Other requirements:
• Keen business insight and rigorous data analysis and management capabilities
• Energetic, open-minded, with strong learning acumen
