Description

As demand generation lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing our demand generation initiatives for Airbyte’s switch from open source to cloud revenues. This is a unique opportunity to help build our demand generation function, while reporting directly to our co-founder & COO. You will be accountable for the strategy, development, and execution of demand generation programs (from paid acquisition, outbound, content syndication and more) to drive awareness and demand for Airbyte for our decision maker persona (data/engineering managers and execs). We are seeking someone who can work across high-level concepts and also be able to roll up their sleeves to take on the implementation (and do the 0 to 1 effort).

Responsibilities

  • Grow our pipeline and drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, and revenue through organic and paid efforts, both inbound and outbound.
  • Execute highly targeted multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that span from lead gen to sales opportunity.
  • Design experiences that span across ads, personalized landing pages, direct mail, outbound email campaigns.
  • Own the paid marketing strategy and budget. Your team will manage a significant marketing budget, and you’ll help us make the right investment decisions.
  • Pair with product marketing to identify and explore new verticals, new personas, and new propositions. You will always be testing new playbooks.
  • Collaborate actively with Sales team in nurturing prospects through customer buyer-journey
  • Work closely with marketing ops to empower and measure your initiatives (using Hubspot and Metabase).
  • Build and scale email nurture / re-engage programs in Hubspot to drive responses and push qualified leads further down the funnel for conversion.
  • Manage a growth-oriented budget based that scales with performance
  • Lead a culture of rapid experimentation across channels to reach our audience and continuously improve our bottom line
  • Grow a team with a focus on growing the sales-assist pipeline with repeatable programs for higher touch users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation and performance marketing
  • Experience in addressing B2B and developer audiences for at least 3+ years
  • Hands-on and ability to thrive in early-stage startups
  • Fluent in CRMs, audience segmentation strategies, and aligning audiences to specific objectives.
  • You know how to optimize lead quality (net new and customers) based on feedback loops with Sales and Operations.
  • Familiar with product-led growth and how to drive self-serve opportunities alongside higher-touch (sales) opportunities
  • Data-driven and know how to drive and measure impact with a team.
  • Problem solver at heart and know how to move things forward with limited resourcing or roadblocks.
  • Ability to create a strategic vision and communicate it in a way that motivates stakeholders and builds buy-in.

Salary for this job- $153,000-$215,000 +  a generous equity package, and benefits listed above for US Market. For countries outside of the US we offer benefits and localized salaries based on your region or area.
