Job Outline:
Due to high growth within the company, we are looking to grow our Data Team to help us provide agile data across all aspects of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst who is looking for a varied and interesting role in Europe’s largest equity crowdfunding platform. The job is based in our Exeter or Cardiff office with flexible remote working.

Working within the Data Team to provide agile data that yields insights and inspires data-driven decision-making across the business.
Day to day you will:
- Liaise with 3rd party data aggregators to ensure accuracy of Crowdcube data
- Work with all departments across the organization, to help them understand their data needs and collaborate to provide effective solutions
- Monitor and respond to internal data requests
- Maintain data integrity within internal data systems
- Liaise with one of the Product teams to provide data support and considerations to upcoming and current projects.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Google Sheets
- At least one-year commercial experience in an analyst role
- The ability to think critically and solve problems
Ideally, you will:
- Have professional experience preferably in a financial context
- Have knowledge of data visualization tools (desirable)
- And will be:
- A great communicator and team player
- Eager to learn and demonstrate initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing business

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager, and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team has worked on.
