Role Description
Homage is seeking a Customer/Partner Support Specialist who enjoys working with the people at the heart of Homage: our Customers and Care Professionals. Working in the Singapore Operations team, we’re focused on building a community of dedicated caregivers, nurses, and doctors who are fully equipped to provide the best quality care to those who need it.
You would be responsible for providing top-quality assistance to Homage’s Customers, Care Professionals, Partner Organisations, and the general public when they have a question or problem. A lot of this would be through email, but would also include live chat, telephone, and in-person support too. This is a minimum 6-month contract position with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time employee depending on performance.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
• empathetic and good with people
• great at problem-solving
• has excellent writing skills, and is able to produce high-quality written content
• able to communicate effectively within the organization to get the help and answers you need
• comfortable working with numbers and data
• minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, with experience working in hospitality, customer service, sales, or a similar environment preferred
• You should have a passion for social enterprises and causes. You’re driven by Homage’s core mission and motivated by the impact of our services and platform. In other words, you are highly motivated and want to create a huge impact in a fast-growing start-up.
